Mark Heasman

Mark has served as Group Chief Executive of Provide Community since September 2020 and was a Non-Executive Director for 6 years prior to this. Provide is an employee-owned community interest company delivering health and social care services across Essex, East Anglia and other parts of the UK.

His breadth of experience reflects a consistent track record of leading complex organisations, driving growth, and delivering social impact at scale.

Mark brings extensive leadership experience to Ormiston Families, having held Chief Executive roles across six organisations spanning the charity, not-for-profit, and commercial sectors.

Outside of his professional role, he is a keen outdoor enthusiast, with a passion for motorbiking and Land Rovers. He and his wife are actively involved in their local church and enjoy contributing to a range of community activities.
